Training existing management
for financial success

Before coming to us, this health system's fitness center never made a profit. We helped them become financially sustainable through service, sales, and marketing. We held daily sales huddles and used a dashboard to track progress. In monthly sales meetings, we discussed and implemented best practices.

Next, we introduced existing fitness center employees to our operational efficiency model. We focused on moving payroll as a percentage of revenue to the industry benchmark of 50 percent or better. We also completed a cost benefit analysis for all operational expenditures.
